Coolbaugh Township Parks and Recreation will hold their annual Ghoulbaugh Event which will include a DJ, pumpkin picking, trick or treating and participation by many area organizations. Ghoulbaugh will be held at the Municipal Park located at 1770 Church Street, Tobyhanna, PA.
