The Coolbaugh Township Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) is a volunteer based council made up of five members that are all residents of the township. The EAC advises the Board of Supervisors of any environmental concerns and makes recommendations on the management, proposed improvements and promotion of the community’s natural resources.

The Environmental Advisory Council holds meetings on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00PM in the upstairs meeting room of the Coolbaugh Township Municipal Center located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, PA.
